About us

From Laser Precision to Industrial Finishing Solutions

Lasvio was founded by a team with deep roots in the laser industry — people who spent years working inside laser cutting, welding, and cleaning operations. We saw how high-precision laser systems were paired with finishing processes that hadn’t caught up. So we built the machine that bridges that gap.

Our Story

Why We Built These Machines

After years inside laser manufacturing and application environments, we noticed something: the people operating 0.01mm-precision laser cutters were finishing their parts with manual grinders. The precision stopped at the cut. The finishing was still a bottleneck.

That's where Lasvio comes in.

We brought laser-industry engineering standards — closed-loop servo control, mortise-and-tenon structural logic, 1:1 wiring documentation — into the deburring world. The result is a machine platform that treats finishing with the same seriousness as cutting.

Generation 2.0. Where laser precision meets industrial finishing.

Lasvio Team

Co-Funder & Technical Director | Mr.Cui

Spent over 17 years in the R&D department of a leading laser equipment manufacturer, leading precision optical systems and high-stability machine framework development. When he saw the gap between laser-precision cutting and the manual finishing that still dominates most production floors, he built the machine to fix it — with the same structural and control standards the laser industry already demands.

The kind of machine that stays accurate because it was designed that way from the start.

Brian has been engaged in international laser industry sales since 2016. He has successfully developed markets across Europe—including Spain, Sweden, Germany, and the United Kingdom—as well as Australia & New Zealand, North America, and South America. With strong familiarity in international trade practices and regional market requirements, Brian bridges technical solutions with global customer expectations.

Not just selling a model. Making sure the model you buy does what you need it to do.

Manages the technical side of machine configuration — reviewing customer specifications, determining module combinations, and ensuring the machine that ships is the machine that solves the problem. Also the first point of contact when customers have questions during the first production run.

Mission & Vision

Mission: To bridge the gap between cutting and industrial finishing — by engineering deburring machines that meet the same standard the laser industry already expects.

Vision: Every metal part that leaves cut should arrive at assembly with a finished edge. Lasvio builds the machines that make that standard realistic for real production environments — not just in theory, but at scale.

Factory & Quality Control

How We Build Them

The same logic that goes into our quality control process goes into the machine design itself: no shortcuts on the things that matter, systematic verification at every stage.

Every component supplier — from the Schneider electrics and Omron relays to the control system — must pass our vendor qualification process. We source only from verified partners with documented quality records. No unverified components enter our machines.

Incoming inspection: material purity and structural integrity verified before assembly. In-process monitoring: CNC tolerance checks and assembly alignment confirmed during build. Final audit: operational test run on every machine before shipping — including accuracy verification on the closed-loop servo system. Every machine undergoes a full operational test before it leaves the factory. Positioning accuracy, safety interlock function, and over-thickness sensor response are all verified. You’re not receiving a machine that passed a checklist — you’re receiving a machine that’s been run.
