Our Story
Why We Built These Machines
Lasvio is a sheet metal deburring machine manufacturer founded by a team with years of hands-on experience in laser manufacturing and industrial production.
After years of working in laser manufacturing and real production environments, we noticed a clear gap: operators were using 0.01 mm-precision laser cutting machines, then finishing the laser-cut parts with manual grinders. The precision stopped after cutting, while sheet metal deburring and edge finishing remained a major production bottleneck.
That's where Lasvio comes in.
As a sheet metal deburring machine manufacturer with deep roots in the laser industry, Lasvio brings closed-loop servo control, mortise-and-tenon construction and 1:1 electrical documentation into sheet metal deburring and edge finishing.

When he saw the gap between laser-precision cutting and the manual finishing that still dominates most production floors, he built the machine to fix it — with the same structural and control standards the laser industry already demands.

Manages the technical side of machine configuration — reviewing customer specifications, determining module combinations, and ensuring the machine that ships is the machine that solves the problem. Also the first point of contact when customers have questions during the first production run.

How We Build Them
The same discipline behind our quality-control process guides the design of every Lasvio sheet metal deburring machine: no shortcuts on critical components and systematic verification at every production stage.
Every supplier—from Schneider electrical components and Omron relays to the machine control system—must pass our vendor qualification process. We work only with verified partners supported by documented quality records, ensuring that no unapproved component enters our industrial deburring machines.
Incoming inspection: material purity and structural integrity verified before assembly. In-process monitoring: CNC tolerance checks and assembly alignment confirmed during build. Final audit: operational test run on every machine before shipping — including accuracy verification on the closed-loop servo system. Every machine undergoes a full operational test before it leaves the factory. Positioning accuracy, safety interlock function, and over-thickness sensor response are all verified. You’re not receiving a machine that passed a checklist — you’re receiving a machine that’s been run.
