Sheet metal deburring machine
Deburring & Edge Rounding Machines
Remove cutting burrs and create smooth, consistent edge radii in one automatic pass. BR, BBR and BRB configurations match different burr levels, finish requirements and production priorities.
Machine engineering
Machine Features
Industrial structure and process control designed for stable deburring and edge rounding in continuous sheet metal production.

Modular abrasive sequence
Choose BR, BBR or BRB according to burr severity and the position of the final belt stage.
Universal brush coverage
Multi-directional rotary brushes reach straight edges, contours and internal openings.
Stable through-feed control
Adjustable conveyor speed supports repeatable processing across mixed production batches.
Integrated safety system
Enclosed processing, alarms and extraction integration support safer daily operation.
Configuration comparison
Choose the abrasive sequence for your burrs
All three models combine abrasive-belt deburring with a universal rotary brush system for multi-directional edge rounding. The number and position of belt stations determine stock removal capacity and surface consistency.
BR
1 abrasive belt + 1 rotary brush unit
For common laser-cut and punched parts that need burr removal followed by uniform edge rounding.
- Balanced entry configuration
- Lower consumable count
- Good fit for mixed daily production
BBR
2 abrasive belts + 1 rotary brush unit
Two belt stations improve burr removal and surface consistency before the final edge-rounding stage.
- Handles more demanding burr conditions
- Flexible abrasive sequence
- Stable results in batch production
BRB
Belt + rotary brush + belt
A final belt station follows edge rounding when the process also requires additional surface refinement.
- Deburrs before edge rounding
- Final belt refines the surface
- Useful for coating-ready workflows

FAQ
Deburring and edge rounding questions
Which model is best for normal laser-cut burrs?
BR is a practical starting point for many parts. BBR adds a second abrasive belt for higher removal capacity, while BRB places a finishing belt after the rotary brush.
Can the machine process stainless steel and aluminum?
Yes. Abrasives and parameters are selected for the material. Aluminum applications require a properly specified wet dust collection system.
Can one machine handle different part thicknesses?
Yes, within the selected machine range. Send representative parts so we can confirm holding stability, abrasive access and process settings.
